Pool was good. Room was comfy enough.

Food was bad. Staff were not so helpful. Stayed there for 6 days, wasn't worth it at all. Location very hard to find.

Price was cheap and location was within a short walk of the places I wanted to be for a couple days. Bed was fairly comfortable and the location pretty quiet. The pool looked pretty but I never used it.

The AC remote had power but none of the buttons did anything. A staff member tried my remote, then retrieved and tried another remote that also didn't work, then left again and didn't come back. (The AC was already running, it was just a little cold for me, so I endured.) There were wall lamps on either side of the bed but neither one worked. The hook for the showerhead was loose so it had to be finessed to stay upright while showing. Also, it dripped a steady stream of water even when turned off. Water pressure was low and the sink spigot had to be held or it would turn with the handle when operating.

More like hostel quality accommodation, 2 star at best. Rooms smelt and not all facilities worked. Kettle and cups were provided but no coffee, sugar or tea was. Wouldn’t stay there again, can get much better for same price.

It is far from beach and inside. Swimming pool is too small. WIFi is very slow. Room and bathroom were very small.

Arrived at the property and had to wait 40 minutes to check in as the staff insisted that I needed to pay (even though I had an email confirmation that I had already paid in full.) I was then taken to my room without an apology or explanation for the delay. Upon arriving in my room there were ants climbing all over the walls and there were mysterious stains on the bed. The shower never turned off and so it was constantly dripping all night. In the morning I went to reception for my ‘free airport shuttle’ as claimed on their website (once again I showed them the confirmation of this) where they insisted it was a mistake and I would have to pay in full.

Good location close to the beach and shopping centres. Fridge in the room. Good and clean pool.

The breakfast was bad, the bathroom was disgusting because of the smell, there was water dropping the whole time and we had two cockroachs on the floor. No towels and the bed sheets had some yellow dirty spots. No bulbs in the lights next to the bed.

I booked this place through Booking.com the facility is affordable with your money value. I rent for Rp 175.000/nigh and its include breakfast. If you need the place to sleep only, you can stay there. But if you need clean place good facility it is not yours. It is only 10 minutes walk to Jalan Kartika Plaza. It is easy to find.

The breakfast is far from my expectations. I think they should manage how to deliver the breakfast. They provide rice and vegetables, but the food is cold and not that delicious. Anyway, you can get the bread and jam, it is enough.

Friendly staff.

When we asked them to clean our room, they didn't change the sheets, towels and the rug. Our bathroom was connected to another bathroom through a pipe because we shared the drain so when they took a bath, we would know because the pipe would spew water into the drain.

I liked the bed comfortable.

Visit their hotel from 4th Sepetember 2017 to 13th September 2017. Washroom fittings found very poor. Small basin. No toiletries except liquid Shampoo & Liquid Soap. Room size average but very little space for walk freely inside the room. Found a local plastic framed small mirror in the washroom. No room cleanliness everyday. When you walk/sit alone inside hotel staff will ask you for ladies(for sex), alcohol,car/bike for rent. Because of too much chlorine my white & light colored cloths become pink when i swim in the pool. Also inside bathroom water mixed chlorine too. Total 3 set of dress become pink colored for chlorine. We had to pay in cash there were no Credit card payment system. Inside room we had a telephone set but it has no wire connected. Bathroom door had no lock system which was completely privacy less. Room main door lock system also poor. I felt very unsecured while staying. We couldn't leave hotel because hotel authority took full advanced money 1st night before taking room key. We asked to leave hotel but they didn't return money. Therefore we had to stay full 9 nights. Manner-less/foul security staff drinks beer all the times in front of the hotel main entrance & beside reception with the other staff. There is no roof or open space to dry wet clothes. Hotel not clean enough. We had breakfast included our room rent everyday. Balinese food were served everyday. Empty dishes refile amount were poor quantity. If i get another chance to visit Bali i'll never stay in this hotel again.

The price and location is great deal. I love this place, good for holiday location.

No maintainance, door room sounds crack, broken jetshower, pool has small stone, broken floor underpool swimming. Walkin way to room is dirty. Everything is fine

I don’t like this place at all. Totally failed! This place really different with the photos that I saw on internet.

The bathroom was so dirty, the atmosphere at this place really stuffy, their parking area really not safe to park your scooter because the parking area is beside the building, not inside the building and there is nobody keep your scooter at night

Best think in this place was, wifi was working good and sheets seams clean... Bars and restaurants was cca 5min away and you have all kind of food choice. There is a big shooping mall and water park boom.

I think is better you if not realy short of money choice somewhere els... I ask stuff how far is airport from here..they say 15min, we drive with taxi (50p) just 5min. At pool side kids was playing till 23pm and from 7am in the morning. (I know parents fault. About clean in bathroom you can see a photos.

***Services of airport taxi: - They did not friendly with travelers, they advise the cost from airport to Kuta at 200,000 Rupiah with short distance. And they were uncomfortable if the travelers negotiate the taxi cost - The exact price for airport transfer is around 75,000 Rupiah - 100,000 Rupiah for travelers refer if you come Bali ***Indonesian Police: - When we ride of motorbike from Kuta to Ubud, we met the police on they way, the asked us the driving licence, we did show them ours and we also told them that we can you this to driving in Europe. And the police did answer to us that this was not value in Indonesia and we should pay 250,000 Rupiah for no licence in Indonesia. There were many traveler like us at the same time. We told to the police we did not have enough money to pay, and they told us give 100,000 Rupiah and we can go forward. And we had to pay this money. ***Accommodation (RaBasTa at Kuta resort0 - The bed is dirty, there is lice on the bed. The blanket and mat were dirty - The staff was not friendly. On check-out day, we pay more extra cost, total amount 240,000 Rupiah, they did not accept credit card, they require the cash. We spent all Indonesia money because that was last day in Bali. Final, we had to exchange money to pay for them - We did book an airport transfer at there, the price is 75,000 Rupiah, we gave 100,000 Rupiah and the driver told that he did not have small money to return to us

You pretty much get what you pay for at this place, not much. But it is very cheap and in a good location if you are doing an airport stopover.

The room wasn't particularly clean and the sheets had some small stains on them. The television remote didn't work and the room was very small.
